Bid Type: Request For Qualifications Locations: Lamoille Keywords: Road Construction Bid Description: At-the-Ready List: The Town of Wolcott is creating an emergency event "At-the-Ready" list of qualified contactors to perform road construction work on town roads during and immediately post emergency events. This list complies with FEMA procurement requirements and to meet the town's open and fair Purchasing Policy requirements. Contractors selected will be "on the list" for one year and will be contacted for services by the Town during emergency events. Once the list is approved, no additional public advertising is required for emergency related events, and those on the"At-the-Ready" list will be contacted during these events. Selection will occur on February 5, 2025. Instructions: Contractors interested in being called to work on 2025-2026 Town road work during emergency events and up to three days post emergency events must complete this form and submit to the Selectboard Admin Assistant by Feb 3, 2025 at 3:30 pm to be considered by the Selectboard.
