The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency), on behalf of the City and County Housing Authorities, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for California-licensed C-13 fencing contractors to provide fencing services, including installation, repair, and replacement throughout Sacramento. Materials may include, but are not limited to, redwood, wrought iron, and chain link.
Selected contractors will furnish and maintain all required supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to perform fencing services at multiple sites across the City and County of Sacramento. Services may be used by any Agency entity or for special projects funded by federal or local programs.
Contractors will be notified of projects via OpenGov and invited to submit bids. Awards are made to the lowest responsible bidder. The number of fencing projects under this contract is undetermined.
