SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) MODOT SL 0000000001SL: AT&T IoT Video Intelligence

The Missouri Department of Transportation - St. Louis District has determined that only one company, AT&T Enterprises Inc. can provide the department with AT&T IoT Video Intelligence Solution for our Emergency Response operations. AT&T is the only technology in the market that provides video over a cellular network with a patented #1 video compression technology. This includes onboard cameras for our Emergency Response trucks while assisting customers and also gives MoDOT the ability to monitor the safety of operations from a first-person perspective in our Traffic Management Center (TMC). AT&T is the only low-band service that can stream back to the TMC. In addition, the system is encrypted, and we will rely on switches to protect against intrusion and power multiple devices within the vehicle, thereby eliminating several additional services as a cost-saving measure by utilizing the first network service already provided by our organization.
