THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.

Rehabilitate the existing water storage and distribution system
Description of Requirement:
BASE Items: This item shall consist of: Configuration and installation of a hydraulically designed NFPA 13 automatic dry pipe sprinkler system. The work includes buried and concealed distribution piping, insulated above-ground distribution piping, sprinklers and other related components and appurtenances for complete coverage of 2 Buildings. System will connect to existing fire line stub located outside the building.
AND: Option Item A and B: 2 additional buildings.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Period of Performance:
Target Date; August 1st, 2025-ARO- 130 days
The NAICS Code 238320 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors $19
NAICS Sector 23 for Construction OR any relate NACIS code. Please provide with your information.
In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated:
$ 0.00- $ 500,00.00.
The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about June 6th, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM JUNE 6th 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation

All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME of Award.
