Implementation of Energy Savings & Measures Performance Contract (ESPC)

The Town of Cheshire (“Town”), Connecticut is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a Qualified Energy Service Provider (QESP) to perform facility upgrades in its Town and School Buildings. Proposals must be received no later than December 19, 2024 at 2:00PM to the attention of Mr. Sean Kimball, Cheshire Town Manager at Cheshire Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, Connecticut 06410. At that time, proposals will be opened in public and read aloud. A virtual, introductory pre-proposal meeting to discuss/answer questions about the proposal requirements will be held on Wednesday, 10/23/2024 at 11:00AM. District staff and officials from Energia, the Town’s Owners Representative, will be present to answer questions regarding the RFP.Contractors interested in attending the virtual meeting must contact Justin Benoit via email at jbenoit@energiasaves.com no later than 48 hours prior to the pre-proposal meeting.
