Notice is hereby given that the City of Seabrook solicits qualifications for the following:

RFQ# 2026-01-352 NASA Water Line Bore at Mud Bayou

Request for Qualifications for 2026-01-352 NASA Water Line Bore at Mud Bayou, Seabrook Project No. 2026-01-352 will be received until 2:00 PM On January 27, 2026, by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Bids must be received, and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted. RFQs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.  To submit an RFQ electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFQ 2026-01-352 can be accessed for electronic submission.   Electronic RFQs must be submitted before the 2:00 PM deadline on January 27, 2026.  Please visit https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/register/vendor/register to register or login with Public Purchase.

*A Pre-bid Conference is scheduled 2:00 PM, January 13, 2025 to discuss the City's requirements under this RFQ. While attendance is at the discretion of the BIDDER, BIDDERS who do not attend will be deemed to have attended and to have received the information provided at that time.

Until final award of the Contract, City of Seabrook reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities or technicalities, to re-advertise, or to proceed to do the Work otherwise when in the best interest of the City of Seabrook.
