Electronic Door and Security Shutter Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services IFB DS250004

The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide maintenance and minor repair services for fifty-three (53) roll-up security doors, thirty (30) drive motors, one (1) electronic gate, one (1) sliding gate and five (5) electronic sliding glass doors for the California Department of Education (CDE) at the Diagnostic Center Southern California (DCSC) located at 4339 State University Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90032, in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
It is anticipated that the contract start date will begin approximately on July 1, 2025. The actual start date of the contract is contingent upon approval of the agreement by the Department of General Services (DGS), if required. Contract includes two one-year options to renew.
