Description:

The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, Division of HIV and Hepatitis Health Care, Bureau of Ambulatory Care Services announces the availability of $6,981,644 annually for three (3) years in New York State funds to improve health equity in medically underserved areas experiencing disproportionate incidences of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and sexually transmitted infections and to address the social determinants of health that fuel inequities in HIV and sexually transmitted infections transmission rates and outcomes.

This Request for Applications contains two (2) Components:

Component A: Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Services for HIV Prevention in Primary Care Settings (PrEP Services)

(Applicants may submit one (1) application per site per region)

Component B: Young Adult Community Access Programs (YACAP)

(Applicants may submit one (1) application per region)

Applicants may submit more than one (1) application as per the guidance specific to the Component.
