REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Manhattan is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for construction inspection in the category equivalent to the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) Work Category: 241- Roadway and Bridge Construction Inspection for the K-18 Highway Pedestrian Improvements Project, also referred to as the Fort Riley Boulevard Sidewalk Gap Project (PD2201). Proposals are due at the office of Karen Becker, P.E., Principal Civil Engineer, Public Works Department, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, by 11:00 a.m., on October 31, 2025. Submissions received after said time will be returned unopened. A detailed list of submission requirements is listed in the Request for Qualifications.
