The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of new park amenities at Summit Crossing Park located at 3880 Alamosa Street. Improvements to include 6' concrete walking trail, pond overlooks with railings, waterline for drinking fountain, storm drains, and picnic area. Due to budget constraints, several Bid Alternates are included.
The City will accept electronic bids or hardcopy (original) bids. *Please note that the City of College Station is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response packages are due and that firms submitting their response package during peak traffic times risk their submittal not being received by the due date and time.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City Hall 3rd Floor, Finance Conference Room 2, located at 1101 Texas Avenue College Station, Texas on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 @ 2:00 PM. CT. on This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
