Project Description: Demolition of existing hot water, chilled water, and ventilation systems in the Operations Center building (Building 85), including all piping, equipment, and associated electrical and instrumentation.
Installation of new variable refrigerant flow system with condensing units, fan coil units, and refrigerant piping.
Installation of new air handling units, energy recovery units, exhaust fans, and associated ductwork and appurtenances.
Installation of electrical and instrumentation associated with these improvements.
The engineer's estimate for this project is $1,000,000 - $1,200,000.
