RFP 2026-05 (BP17) – Birney K-8 Renovations - Tile
Southfield Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the above-referenced project. Bids are due
Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM and must be submitted via Building Connected via
https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/55a1292ff1a96708004a19dc. Bid documents will be available
beginning February 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM through Building Connected, Barton Malow (CAM), and/or
www.southfieldk12.org. Bids must include the following required documentation:
• Familial Disclosure Statement (MCL 380.1267)
• Iran-Linked Business Certification (Public Act 517 of 2012)
• Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid
For projects exceeding $50,000, the successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Performance
and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law. Southfield Public Schools reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities in bidding.
