1 QTY-Guard1 Plus -G1PSE-SUP-SL

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.

Contract Award : The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible MBE  bidder
DPS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier .

Evaluation: Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by ODPS pursuant to ORC 125.07.
