Attachment B - Mapping Areas

The exhibits in this attachment establish the geographic location and extent of the work for each Area identified in Section 3.0. Exhibits are presented in Area order, A through P. Where a legacy map's written maintenance description or frequency conflicts with this RFP, the specifications in this RFP govern, as stated in Section 5.9.

Exhibit A - Area A: Union City Building

1843 Bristow Drive. All maintenance services at this location terminate no later than April 30, 2027. See Section 3.1.

Exhibits B and C - Area B: Union Town Square and Area C: Native Meadow 2

Union Town Square finish turf and event lawn, and the Native Meadow areas. Yellow is 14 mile nature trail

Exhibit D - Area D: Union Rice Cemetery

1597 Mt. Zion Road. Includes careful trimming around headstones and grave markers and keeping the fence line free of brush. See Section 4.3.

Exhibit E-1 - Area E-1: Lassing Green, US 42 Right-of-Way

Lassing Green right-of-way mowing along US 42, within the mapped limits. Turf Maintenance only.

Turf Maintenance

Mowing begins at Calvary Drive and south on US 42 to 10259 US Highway 42 (Union Presbyterian Church).

Contractors are required to cut approximately 25 feet from the back of curb on each side of US 42 where possible. Difficult terrain will make this cutting width vary, but 25 feet should be achieved where possible.

Exhibit G - Area G: Old Union Road

Secondary mowing and bush hogging three times per year, anticipated May, July and September. Maintain approximately 12.5 feet where possible, with special attention near Don Jr.'s Garage, the Pet Hospital and northern Old 42.

Turf/right-of-way mowing within attached-map limits between USPS and Traemore. Only maintain north side of Frogtown, both sides of sidewalk to the wood line.

Turf/right-of-way mowing within attached-map limits. Maintain southwest side of Gunpowder, to the wood line and South on Mt Zion to the Welcome to Union sign.
