WAREHOUSE DESIGN PROJECT
The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified and
responsible vendors to provide design, layout, supply, and installation of warehouse
racking, shelving, and bin systems at BHA-owned warehouse facilities located at 2130
Pass Road, Biloxi, Mississippi. Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi
Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Wednesday,
April 8, 2026, at 3:00 pm. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the 330 Benachi
Avenue Biloxi, MS 39530 on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm to provide a project
overview and allow Proposers to ask questions pertaining to the work. This will be the
only time the site will be available for inspection, measurement, and investigation.
Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by
BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Amber Pavlov, Biloxi Housing
Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the
outside of the sealed Proposed Envelope or Package: "WAREHOUSE DESIGN
PROJECT RFP#WDP03.26" and the Proposer's name. Proposal packages may be
obtained from Amber Pavlov by calling 228-374-7771 or by emailing a request to the
following: apavlov@biloxihousing.org. No faxed or emailed proposals or amendments will
be accepted. No proposal will be received after the deadline. The Award will be made
using a best value approach. Biloxi Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer.
