Carroll County hereby cancels Request for Proposal (RFP) No. C125-A001 for the Unified Video Surveillance and Access Control for the Carroll County Correctional Institute.  No additional information is available at this time.  If Carroll County elects to conduct a new solicitation, then all contractors will be required to respond to the new proposal forms and requirements for consideration of award.  Further, the materials submitted with the current solicitation will remain closed pending the successful rebid of the goods and services specified therein.
