Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9001 as an RFQ



2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).



3) CLIN 0001 - Yellow Ribbon Support Services - 1 Job



4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).



4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that include lodging, meals, childcare, and parking for the event.



4b) The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Sunday July 20, 2025 for 340 Personnel. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 340 (30 of which are kids) servings on Sunday at or below the per diem rate for meals. Self-serve beverage stations are preferred at each meal.



4c) The contractor shall provide 90 rooms on the night of Friday July 18th consisting of 72 singles, 13 Doubles and 5 Doubles with extra sleeping area or conjoining doubles) and 174 rooms on the night of Saturday July 19th consisting of 118 Singles, 39 Doubles and 7 Doubles with extra sleeping area or conjoining doubles.



4d) The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to supervise and care for children ages 0-17. The children in attendance for the YRRP event is 30 Children on Saturday July 19, 2025, and 30 on Sunday July 20, 2025.



5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information.



6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.



7) Quotes are due at 4 PM local (eastern) time on 07 March 2025. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
