The goal is to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and transparency of student-facing operations across various departments (e.g., Enrollment, Financial Aid, Advising, Testing Centers) by replacing or augmenting traditional walk-in and static scheduling processes with a dynamic, mobile-accessible solution.
The platform must integrate with Element451, the institution’s CRM system, to facilitate seamless synchronization of user data, service interactions, and student communications.
