RFP #24-10 - VoIP Phone System

Submissions must be submitted using one of the following delivery methods:

BC Bid Electronic Submission: Submit an electronic Submission using BC Bid.  Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can make an electronic Submission using the BC Bid system.

or

Proponents must submit Proposals electronically, consolidated into a single ADOBE .pdf file and emailed to the NVRC at the email indicated below.  The email should reference the Proposal Reference Number and Project Name in the subject line of the email.
Proposals submitted by email will be deemed to be received based upon the receipt time stamp of the NVRC’s email gateway. The NVRC will not be responsible or liable for ensuring that any electronic email system being operated for the NVRC is in good working order, is able to receive transmissions, or for any delay for any reason to electronic submissions, including technological delays, spam filters, firewalls, job queue, file size limitations, etc.

Proponents are advised that the NVRC’s email server does not accept .zip nor
.rar files (which will be rejected), and that the maximum file size accepted by the
NVRC’s email system is 35 MB .  In the event the Proponent’s email is rejected by the NVRC’s email system, or if a receipt confirmation is not received back from the NVRC, the Proponent should immediately contact the primary contact person named herein.

It is the Proponent’s responsibility to allow for sufficient time prior to Proposal Closing to address any technological problems that may be encountered during the process of emailing their Proposal.
