Solicitation Description:

The Public Utility Commissionof Texas (PUCT) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for technicalconsulting services related to all change-in-controlfilings that are filed by TXNM Energy, Texas New Mexico Power (TNMP), andBlackstone Infrastructure (Blackstone) related to Blackstone’s proposedacquisition of TXNM Energy, in addition to any related proceedings thatmay be necessary, as determined by the PUCT . TheContractor will also be required to participate in the related contested caseproceedings as necessary and determined by the PUCT. This RFP isissued under the authority of Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, Subchapter B,for expert consulting services.
