The contractor shall provide Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Systems (VDATS) to support the F-35 Platform. These parts are required for the manufacture of the VDATS stations and development of VDATS augmentations. The contractor shall provide all parts, materials, tools, personnel, labor and transportation required to deliver the VDATS parts to Robins AFB, GA. There is potential for some items under this contract to become obsolete. As such, configuration changes are possible with the VDATS station to ensure components are built and manufactured to the evolving formation changes within the VDATS specifications. This contract action is a result of configuration changes of the VDATS station and requires additional parts to build and manufacture them to ensure continued form, fit, and function of the system and continuity of operations for the overarching VDATS program.
This contract action was sole source in accordance with previously approved Justification and Approval Document in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only ONe Responsible Source and No Other Suppliers or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
