The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for tree removal and stump grinding services to be completed at various parks throughout the City.
Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date.
The scope of services include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Photographs of each site are provided as attachments within each line item listing. Trees and stumps included in the scope are marked onsite. It is the bidder's responsibility to locate, visit, and be familiar with each location prior to bid submission.
Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions.
No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
All questions must be submitted via IonWave by August 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
