Project Description: [UPCOMING: June 2025] The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for the Emeryville Crescent Horizontal Levee. This project proposes to assess the feasibility of a horizontal levee along a portion of Radio Beach. Key partners on the project include the East Bay Municipal Utilities Utility District (East Bay MUD), Port of Oakland, Caltrans, and City of Emeryville. This is an upcoming procurement. all dates are tentative and will be confirmed prior to procurement being released for responses.
