The Project Scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing for the Admin and Laboratory Building. The Administration portion of the building consists of two floors of offices, a basement, and an auditorium with a total floor area of approximately 10,000 GSF. The laboratory portion contains 16 individual Biosafety Level 1 (BSL-1) lab modules, and it is a State-certified Lab (VELAP) that is considered as a very critical and sensitive County facility with strict performance requirements. The total Laboratory portion floor area is approximately 5,000 GSF. The estimated construction value is around $25M.
