NOTICE
It will be required that this addendum be signed in acknowledgment of receipt and that it be included with your Bid when same is submitted to Brandon Williams, Contracts Specialist, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Blvd., MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000. Failure to do so may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: To be held at 10:00 (ET), Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park (Main/ South Ranger Station), 11016 Lillian Saunders Drive, White Springs, FL 32096. Please contact Brandon Williams, Contracts Specialist, at (850) 245-2535, or by e-mail at Brandon.D.Williams@FloridaDEP.gov, to confirm your planned attendance. All bidders must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Anyone not signed in at the commencement of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to bid on the project.
