Project Description: This project is a renovation totaling 81,334 sq. ft. at the Addison Elementary School campus. The renovation will cover all corridors, the media center, cafeteria, classrooms, administration offices, restrooms, and other spaces as needed. The extent of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• New flooring throughout the facility, including: LVT, carpet, ceramic and quarry tile, and sealed concrete.
Gymnasium and kitchen flooring not in scope, except where detailed in the drawings.
• New security vestibule.
• New paint throughout the facility. All interior and exterior existing painted surfaces will be prepped and
receive new paint.
• Restroom fixtures to be replaced as needed. New restroom accessories as needed.
• New storefront windows within the 100 hall and 400 hall classrooms.
• New horizontal blinds at all exterior windows.
