Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/consulting firms for to provide data analysis services for Community Safety and Bylaw Services, the department responsible for ensuring compliance with business licencing bylaws within the City of Victoria. The focus of this work is to support the City's efforts in monitoring and analyzing Short-Term Rental (STR) activities and their impacts on the local economy, housing, tourism, and municipal policy.
