Friends of the Winooski River (FWR) is requesting proposals from engineers licensed to practice
in the State of Vermont for the development of a comprehensive final (100%) design plan for the
removal of the remnants of the Clark Sawmill dam complex and the restoration of the associated
stream channel and floodplain in Cabot, Vermont.
Special Instructions:
2016 Dam Removal Feasibility Study, 2017 and 2018 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, 2023 Post-Flood Assessment, and 2024 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment are available upon request
