Please familirize your self with the attached statement of work (SOW) for full specs. OTHER ITEMS ARE ACCEP MUST MEET OR EXCEED . The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida (FCc Coleman) located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, Florida in Sumter County intends to make

a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment and delivery

costs for the purchase of domestic water heaters as described within this Description of

Requirement. Supply, procurement, and contracting shall comply with Federal, state, and local

regulations, codes, and standards. This contract will consist of supply only. Installation of water

heaters is NOT included.

D. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

FCC Coleman requires the vendor awarded this contract to provide the following equipment:

• 2 ea. – Rinnai Tankless Rack System, commercial water heater, model # TRS04CXiN,

4-unit free standing rack, natural gas; and

• 2 ea. – Rinnai Tankless Rack System, commercial water heater, model # TRS06CXiN,

6-unit free standing rack, natural gas.

• Water heaters shall be as identified above or approved equal that meets or exceeds the

requirements below:

ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED

• 2 ea. - Commercial Neutralization Tank w/ media, model # 103000067.

• 4 ea. - TRS Rack Mounting System, model # R-BMS-102.

• 20 ea. – BMS Communication Cable, model # R-BMS-CABLE-3M

• All incidentals, material, and equipment to complete the supply order described herein

shall be included in the vendor’s bid. Any materials or equipment needed to complete

this supply order, not specifically identified, shall be provided by the vendor at no

additional cost to the Government.

• Final payment will not be processed until all items have been received at FCC Coleman

by the Complex Facility Manager.

• Delivery of materials shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday

through Friday, excluding Federal holidays at the institution warehouse.
