The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as a part of the city’s 2025 road resurfacing program. The project scope consists of 25 roads.
All work must be completed in 120 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards.

The BID package should be clearly marked “ITB PW 25-09 – ROAD RESURFACING” on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. June 16, 2025, to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to:
