The City of Destin will receive sealed competitive proposals for the maintenance dredging the Old Pass Lagoon navigational channel. The project is located in the City of Destin in the Destin Harbor.
In accordance with the Federal & State permits No. 0288799-003-JC, this project shall include, but may not be limited to, setting up piping, dredging approximately 10,000 CY total of material from two locations, moving dredge spoils, construction of DMMA #2 only, bathometric survey of completed channel and demobilization. The anticipated project completion date is April 30, 2025.

Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFB NO. 24-13-PW - OLD PASS LAGOON NAVIGATIONAL CHANNEL DREDGING PROJECT”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter, no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT, on November 26, 2024, at which time they will be opened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
