This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (N68335-25-R-0017) is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Firm-Fixed price contract for one (1) Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence DAI Onprem Cloud Software Suites, P/N: EG1020A and one (1) Suites, P/N: EG1020B for the Base year with four (4) option years with same quantity for each in support of the Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) program for ADMACS labs.

The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are

this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the

selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR

52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and

Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and

the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222- 36, 52.222-37,

This procurement is a limited competition between Eggplant authorized distributors. Distributors who submit a bid for this procurement must attach written evidence documenting their authorized status.
