Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA or the "Administration") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the Maryland Transit Administration: provide a facility that will support realistic scenario-simulation based on live fire weapons qualification training on a range and related defensive tactics training courses in a classroom setting that is no more than 25 miles from the center of Baltimore City.
