The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) is posting this solicitation for Gate Attendant Services for various locations in the East Central Area Public Site Areas in Oklahoma within Tulsa District. There are currently 3 purchase orders anticipated between Eufaula and Tenkiller Lakes, OK. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1PA. Responses to this solicitation must be submitted either through the PIEE solicitation module website at https://piee.eb.mil and/or submission through e-mail to the Contract Specialist.. A filled out and signed copy of the first page of the solicitation as well as any and all solicitation amendments shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Solicitation issue date is: 16 SEP 2025. Solicitation close date is: 7 OCT 2025. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and two (2) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
