Description

Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition



The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Charleston, WV.



The Government request office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,000 to a maximum of 2,200 ANSI/BOMA office area and 5 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located at 281 Gus R. Douglas Lane, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration.



To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 7/11/25. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
