Description

This Sources Sought (SS) notice / Request for Information (RFI) is not a Request for Quote. The responses received will be treated as information for planning purposes, meaning no contract will be awarded based on this SS Notice / RFI alone; the responses are not considered offers and will not be accepted to form a binding contract.





The Library of Congress (Library) seeks information on an IT service management (cloud services) platform (ITSMCP). The Library’s current platform is satisfied through ServiceNow use. Subscriptions consist of 19 different commercially available software license types, 2 data center servers, and a cloud-hosted subscription. There are additionally several custom designed and developed applications (modules) that rely on the proprietary resources from the currently implemented solution. See the attached “Cloud Platform Requirements Matrix” for the required salient characteristics.
