The scope of work includes the following: Construction of Cemetery, topsoil stripping and common excavation; road construction, including culverts and parking areas; construction of a fenced maintenance yard; installation of erosion and sediment controls; landscaping, including topsoil, seeding, and tree plantings; and the creation of cemetery features, including a columbarium and memorials. Note: This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
