NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lake Wales is accepting sealed bids for:

Roof Replacement for City of Lake Wales Museum Pink Depot Building

At 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Thursday, November 07, 2024 in the City Commission Chambers at the Municipal Administration Building, 201 Central Ave. W., Lake Wales, Florida, bids will be opened and read aloud.

An original and two (2) copiesand one (1) digital copy on a USB drive of all bids, including all executed documents and needed attachments, shall be placed in a sealed envelope, with label from page 2 affixed, and delivered prior to the opening deadline, 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on Thursday, November 07, 2024.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday October 29, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. local time at the job site located at 325 South Scenic Highway Lake Wales, Florida 33853.

At this time an opportunity to look at the job site will be possible. We will not allow anyone on the roof at this time.

Intent

The City of Lake Wales is seeking to replace the roof at the Museum’s Pink Depot Building located at 325 South Scenic Highway, Lake Wales, Fl. 33853.
