Solicitation Description:

The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is tosolicit responses from potential Respondents to provide Threatmon to DIR.

Thesespecifications are being advertised under Gov’t Code Section 2155.067 . Only responses to solicitations for itemsconforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining anAward. Conforming exactly to these specifications includes bidding only thebrand name(s), make and model number(s) specified in this solicitation.

ThisIFB requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids >$100,000. Anybid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed HSPor it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.

Information about HUBs, including a link tothe HSP template and instructions and contact information for assistance withcompleting the HSP, is included in Section 7 of this IFB.
