Four roof top units were vandalized and destroyed at the Mopac building location, which was an unforeseeable circumstance. They must be replaced immediately in order to keep temperature and humidity at acceptable levels to avoid loss of electronic equipment, interior building finishes (risk of mold, etc.), and health and safety hazards for any staff entering or working in the building. Pre-Proposal Conference (attendance is optional) will be held March 4, 2025 at 9:30 AM CT.
