capable of supporting the agency’s maritime education and workforce development initiatives. This effort
aligns with MARAD’s goal of ensuring a well-trained and resilient maritime workforce to support
national economic and security needs. Request your capability statements along with the responses to the RFI to be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov by May 14, 2025 at 1pm EST. See attached draft PWS and RFI.
