2025 Curb Replacement Project
Town of Madison, Connecticut
Sealed Bids for the 2025 Curb Replacement Project will be received at the Office of the First Selectwoman located at the Town Hall, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443, until 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday September 11, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
The work shall include the replacement of bituminous concrete curb on various town roads that is missing or damaged by winter snow removal operations, in accordance with the Project Specifications. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form provided in the Project Specifications.
The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in Bids, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept a Bid that in its sole discretion is in the best interest of the Town of Madison.
The successful bidder is required to comply with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, Executive Orders 3, 17, 11246, 11375, 11478, and if applicable, the Connecticut Fair Employment Practice Law.
