Scope of Services
This project consists of converting the area known as South Central Zone A from septic to a centralized wastewater collection system. The project includes the installation of approximately 14,265 LF of force main ranging from 2 to 6 inches in diameter along Rockledge Drive and US-1 to a proposed 8-ft diameter lift station at Riverwalk Park. The lift station will pump through approximately 1,510 LF of 6-inch force main along US-1 to the intersection of Barnacle Place and US-1. Approximately 321 connections along Rockledge Drive and US-1 will connect to the proposed force main in the future. Additionally, the project includes the reconstruction of Rockledge Drive with associated stormwater improvements; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
