The United States Air Force through the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at the Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating procuring services for the remanufacture of the F110-100 Fan Discharge Temperature Sensors. The contemplated requirement cited below is for a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), definite quantity type contract utilizing FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Qualification requirements apply to this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued as a sole source requirement to Woodward, Inc. (CAGE: 66503). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed a review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained, and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. For questions regarding the Tinker SAR process or related issues, these inquiries should be submitted to the AFSC Small Business Office at: afsc.sb.workflow@us.af.mil or https://www.afsc.af.mil/units/sbo/index.asp.
The prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database available at https://www.sam.gov/protal/public/SAM/ prior to award. Lack of a valid registration in SAM will result in the awardee being determined ineligible for award. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7019, the prospective vendor must be registered in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) with a current (within 3 years) NIST SP 800-171 assessment score of 110 or a Plan of Action completion date. Failure to register a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment with SPRS may result in the prospective awardee being determined ineligible for award.
