The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into contract with responsive and responsible providers to provide: Pavement Grinding Services as per the Scope of Work/Specifications, and Requirements outlined within the solicitation documents
It is anticipated that this solicitation may result in award to a MULTIPLE PROVIDERS per county.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
