Bid Description:
This work consists of HVAC upgrades for the Bradford Academy Building (172 N. Main St., Bradford, VT), including the partial conversion of the building to hot water heat distribution and the installation of heat pumps for select spaces. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
