Main St., Bradford, VT), including the partial conversion of the building to hot water heat distribution and the installation of heat pumps for select spaces. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
