E-6B Enhanced Phased Maintenance-Heavy (EPMH) Overhaul and Repair

As it relates to Sources Sought notice N00019-25-RFPREQ-APM271-0012, NAVAIR requests interested and capable parties to provide responses to the following questions.

1. What is your approach to addressing unknown TDs/ECPs/MODs that will be needed over the life of this contract?

2. What is the anticipated ramp up time from contract award to first aircraft induction?

3. Identify any onsite manufacturing or back shop capabilities.

The information provided is solely for information and planning purposes.

If the response provided contains proprietary information, please mark accordingly and provide disposition instructions (submitted data will not be returned). All responses must be unclassified.

All responses shall be submitted no later than 15 days from the date of this posting with the subject "Contractor Name E-6b EPMH Overhaul and Repair". Any questions shall be directed at Chris Colyer at christopher.w.colyer.civ@us.navy.mil or Lisa Troccoli at lisa.j.troccoli.civ@us.navy.mil.
