Description:
The University of South Carolina is soliciting bids from authorized and experienced dealers for a one-time purchase of portable Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) devices for measuring muscle oxygenation and mitochondrial function in various physiological and exercise conditions. The NIRS devices include the PortaLite MkII and PortMon MkIII from Artinis Medical Systems.
