Synopsis
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Aerials & Digger Derricks to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from the Date of Award until August 31, 2026 with up to four (4) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. We will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered By MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record, Ashten Lorts, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date via email (ashten.lorts@modot.mo.gov). MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
